United States
East US
For registered dietitians, nutritionists and small nutrition practices that need more structure than shared documents and text-message threads.
Plans can use cups, tablespoons, slices, pieces, handfuls and the household language a client already understands. Check-ins distinguish a workable substitution from eating something entirely different, while the weekly review shows facts without an adherence grade.
- Production region
- East US, selected at onboarding.
- Privacy posture
- Role-based access, consent records and an audit trail are built into the product. US requirements vary by state and practice type, so we confirm fit with you before onboarding rather than claiming a blanket certification.
- Billing
- PlanRhythm invoices in US dollars. Client card payments are recorded against packages and sessions; PlanRhythm does not hold your client's money.
- Interface today
- English, with Hindi and Tamil also available.
Canada
Canada Central
For Canadian dietitians and nutrition practices that want client records, daily check-ins and programme billing in one working view.
PlanRhythm keeps consent dated and withdrawable, limits access by role and keeps a record of who viewed a client's file. The product language remains neutral: missed logs are facts to discuss, not failures to score.
- Production region
- Canada Central, selected at onboarding.
- Privacy posture
- The privacy workflow is written around PIPEDA principles alongside the product's broader consent, access and audit controls. Provincial or profession-specific requirements still need to be checked for your practice.
- Billing
- Software pricing and invoices are in US dollars, with local tax handled where required.
- Interface today
- English is live. French is not live yet, so a practice that requires a French client interface should wait.
Gulf
UAE North
For practices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait, where food culture and religious observance belong in the plan rather than in an afterthought.
Halal requirements, Ramadan schedules, dates, rice dishes, breads and household portions can sit naturally in the plan. The client sees one day at a time, and offline access matters on the commute or wherever the signal is unreliable.
- Production region
- UAE North, selected at onboarding for Gulf practices.
- Privacy posture
- The product's consent and access model is written with the UAE and Saudi PDPL landscape in mind. The contract and exact jurisdictional fit are confirmed before onboarding.
- Billing
- PlanRhythm invoices in US dollars. Card payments can be recorded; additional Gulf payment rails are not listed until they are live.
- Interface today
- English is live. Arabic and full right-to-left layout are next, not available today.
United Kingdom & Europe
West Europe
For UK and European nutrition practices that need a readable client record, a clear processor relationship and a practical answer to where the data sits.
PlanRhythm separates practice account data from the client health data held on the practice's instructions. Consent, access history, retention and export requests are described plainly in the privacy notice instead of being hidden behind a compliance badge.
- Production region
- West Europe, selected at onboarding.
- Privacy posture
- The product is built around GDPR and UK GDPR principles. Current contractual safeguards and any cross-border support access are discussed before a practice signs.
- Billing
- Invoices are in US dollars, with VAT information included where PlanRhythm is required to charge it.
- Interface today
- English is live. Other European-language interfaces are planned but are not available today.
Australia & New Zealand
Australia East
For dietitians and nutritionists across Australia and New Zealand who want the care plan, between-visit check-ins, clinical record and package balance connected.
The client experience works a day at a time and continues to open on a poor connection. Practitioners see the week as a set of observable facts, with notes and photos attached to the right meal rather than lost in a message thread.
- Production region
- Australia East. New Zealand practices should confirm the resulting cross-border position with us before onboarding.
- Privacy posture
- The privacy workflow is written around the Australian Privacy Principles. New Zealand practices receive the current hosting and contractual position before signup rather than an assumed equivalence.
- Billing
- Software pricing and invoices are in US dollars, with local tax applied where required.
- Interface today
- English, with Hindi and Tamil also available.
