When we reply
Within one working day, counted in your timezone — a message sent while we are asleep is answered by the time you are back at your desk. Weekends are slower. There is no call centre and no office hours to catch: whoever picks it up is one of the people building this.

What happens on a demo

  • You talk first. How many clients you carry, how a plan reaches them today, and which part of the week eats the most time.
  • We share a screen and build a real week for a client like yours — in katoris, cups, rotis or slices, whichever she counts in, with your diet tags — and publish it.
  • You see her side: the day on her phone, the five honest check-in answers, a photo and a voice note coming back to you.
  • Then the awkward questions: what it costs for the number of clients you carry, which privacy law we are written around, which Azure region your records would sit in, which languages are actually live, and what we have not built yet. We will tell you plainly.

Twenty minutes, and no follow-up sequence afterwards. If PlanRhythm does not suit your practice we will say so on the call.
