Dietitian practice management software

Your practice runs on a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp scroll.

It works—until you have forty clients and cannot remember who received which plan. PlanRhythm keeps nutrition plans, daily check-ins, weekly reviews, clinical notes and payments in one place for practices across the US, Canada, Gulf, UK, Europe and ANZ.

$10 per active client a month. $3 to keep an archived client's records. No card needed to see it.

One client's Tuesday in Toronto. The same screen in Dubai might show machboos and dates; in Manchester, a jacket potato; in Sydney, toast and eggs. Her food, in measures she already uses.

The everyday friction

Nothing here is a software problem. That is why software can fix it.

The plan lives in three places

A Word file on the laptop, a PDF in the sent folder, and a photo of it in a chat. When you change one, the other two quietly go stale.

The check-in disappears up the scroll

She sent yesterday's lunch photo at 2pm. It is now above four forwards, a good-morning message and someone else's report.

You find out late

A client stops replying in week three. You notice in week six, when the renewal does not come.

What PlanRhythm does

One place for the work. WhatsApp for the conversation.

We are not trying to move your clients off WhatsApp — that fight is unwinnable and not worth winning. We keep the record straight so the conversation can stay easy.

Plans your client actually follows

Build a week in a grid, publish it once, and it appears in her app as a day at a time — in katoris, cups, rotis and slices, not grams she has to convert. Versioned, so you can always see what she was following in March.

Check-ins that tell you something

Not a tick and a cross. Followed the plan · adapted it · ate something different · couldn't do it. “Ate something different” stands on its own, with an optional note, because it is not the same as a workable substitution.

Never shames your client

No adherence score. No red days. No streak to break and then avoid the app over. A missed log is a fact you can ask about — not a mark against her.

Notes that hold up later

Consultation notes with a lock and a revision trail — so a note you wrote a year ago still says what it said, and any amendment is visible as an amendment.

Packages and payments beside the record

Track the package sold, sessions used and card payments against the right client. UPI is also live in India; additional regional payment rails are named only after they work.

Works when the signal doesn't

Your client's app keeps working on a train, in a basement, on a road with one bar of signal. It syncs when the network returns. We built it that way because a plan she cannot open is a plan she does not follow.

Patient weekly review

Facts for the consultation. No grade for the client.

The review keeps every response distinct and brings the client's own notes beside the pattern. You see what happened across the week without turning it into an adherence percentage.

  • Different stays different.
Adapted a meal and ate something else are separate facts.
  • Missing stays neutral.
Not recorded is visible, but never counted as failure.
  • You provide the interpretation.
The software organises the evidence; the conversation happens with you.

Built for how people actually eat

Nutrition software should fit the food on the table.

A client should not have to translate every meal into one country's food database before she can follow a plan. PlanRhythm starts with household measures, cultural and religious diets, fasting periods and the language the practice actually uses—from Seattle and Toronto to Dubai, London and Melbourne.

Food in household measures

A cup, tablespoon, katori, roti, slice, piece or handful. Use the measure the client already understands instead of forcing every instruction into weighed grams.

Diets as people keep them

Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, halal, kosher, gluten-free — and fasting periods like Ramadan, Lent, Navratri and Ekadashi. Add whatever your practice uses.

English, Hindi and Tamil today

Devanagari and Tamil render properly, not as a machine-translated afterthought. Arabic with right-to-left layout is next. European languages after that.

Written for your privacy law

Built around GDPR and UK GDPR, DPDP, PDPL, PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Principles and US state law. Consent is dated and withdrawable, access is by role, and every look at a client's file is logged.

Your clients' data stays in the region you choose

PlanRhythm runs on Microsoft Azure. At onboarding you pick the region your practice's data lives in — Central India, UAE North, West Europe, East US, Canada Central or Australia East — and it stays there. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it does not move between regions. When somebody asks where the records sit, the answer is one region name, not a paragraph.

Getting started

You could be running your first client on it this week.

Step 1

We move your list

Send us the spreadsheet you already keep. We bring your clients across so you are not typing forty names on a Sunday.

Step 2

Build one week

Set up a plan for a single client with our help on a call. Save it as a template and the next one takes minutes.

Step 3

Invite her in

She gets a link, signs in with a code — no password to forget — and sees her day. You see her check-ins the same evening.

See it with your own clients in mind

Twenty minutes, screen shared, your questions. If it is not right for your practice we will say so — we would rather you stayed on your spreadsheet than paid for something that does not fit.
